To ensure the food safety of our chicken products, our working culture provides in permanent control and systematic reporting. Cleaning and disinfection take place according to set patterns. In our own ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, which has the status of independent service, is continuous microbiological examination finding place. Our committed and well-trained employees take responsibility for production processes where hygiene, reliable quality and maximum food safety are the daily standard.
As an organization, we also bring our expertise, at international standard committees in the field of microbiological analysis, as for example the NEN.
